ID Card Services


The mission of U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart, Directorate of Human Resources, Military Personnel Division, Identification Card Section is to provide equitable, accurate, timely and efficient customer service to the Stuttgart Joint community through the Central In-/Out-processing Facility, Personnel Services Branch, Passport and SOFA services, ID Cards, Retiree Services and Casualty Assistance while establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our stakeholders to enhance the well-being of the Stuttgart military family.

The ID Card Office is located on Panzer Kaserne, building 2915.

  • Lost or Stolen I.D. Cards: IAW AER 600‐700. Chapter 1, paragraph 1‐6; a M.P.
    report is required. The report must be obtained from the M.P. Desk at Panzer Kaserne

Patch I.D. office has implement an ID card/CAC appointment only system to better service personnel in a more timely manner. The appointment system will affect military service members, family members, retirees, civilian work force and contractors. No appointment is necessary to reset a PIN or unlock a CAC.

For base access you must register your new ID Card with the Installation Access Control Sytem (IACS office) located at Bldg 2915 First Floor, Room 128 on Panzer Kaserne.
