Military Justice

Mission:

Provide military justice support to Commanders and senior Non-Commissioned Officers within USAG Stuttgart; prosecute courts-martial, assist victims, adjudicate adverse administrative actions, and provide preventative law instruction.

Typical actions processed by the Military Justice Section include:

  • Prosecuting violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice
  • Assisting law enforcement throughout the criminal investigative process
  • Advising and assisting with adjudication of Non-Judicial Punishment
  • Drafting Letters of Reprimand
  • Representing the United States on Administrative Separation Boards
  • Liaising between commanders and civilian prosecutors
