Plans and Operations

Mission:

Perform a myriad of activities in support of USAG Stuttgart. Manage the Installation Operations Center (IOC). During emergencies that affect the installation, serve as the Command and Control (C2) element for tracking, coordinating and reporting to the command and higher headquarters. Serve as the conduit between higher headquarters and garrison directorates for tasking, managing and coordinating the use of post facilities, ceremonial events and special events support. Manage mandatory training guidance and tracking for USAG Stuttgart personnel. Provide visual information support for USAG Stuttgart special events and internal requirements.
